o provide a reverent and welcoming house of worship for the
celebration of the Eucharist, the sacraments, religious milestones of the community, and for prayful reflection.
o provide an excellent level of Catholic Education for the children
of the parish elementary school and a full program of the
religious education classes for the children attending non- catholic schools and for high school students.
o provide opportunities for adults to deepen their awareness of
Scripture, Catholic doctrine and prayer.
o welcome with instruction and preparation those interested in
learning about, and becoming part of, the Catholic Church.
o provide for, or to assist, ministries for the aged, the infirmed,
the imprisoned, the hospitalized, those i financial need, and
others in need of special assistance.
o build a
Christian community through social activities, youth
and senior programs.
o promote the Gospel by assisting the work of the Church at
home, and of its missionaries abroad, and by supporting the fair, just, and compassionate treatment of all people. |
